My week #3

Sorry this post is a little late. I cant believe another week has gone by already, they really do fly by when you have children!

On Monday we went shopping for mattresses and met my friend Yasmin and her little boy Finnley for lunch at McDonald's. We then walked around the some shops where Issy and Finn were running wild, it was much easier when she was in a pram! Issy spotted the Frozen DVD so I treated her to it and we have literally watched it everyday since.
Tuesday was 'The BIG Day' when we finally find out if were having a girl or boy! We dropped Issy off at playgroup then went the hospital for 20 week scan where we found out we were having a girl and we couldn't be more delighted.
On Wednesday Issy's Nana and Uncle Will called round in the afternoon and other than that we just spent the day playing and catching up on housework.
On Thursday Issy's spent the morning in playgroup then we went the garden centre with my mum to buy some flowers for the garden. That evening I had a clear out of my wardrobe and plan to do a car boot sale on Easter weekend as I have sooo much stuff to get rid of!

Friday was a lovely sunny day so we went to the local farm shop and met my friend Yasmin and her little boy Finnley and had some lunch then let them play on the park. That afternoon Issy was so tired she asked for a bed on the sofa and wanted to watch Frozen...again! Her favourite character is Olaf the Snowman (she finds him so funny) and she also loves the Trolls.
On Saturday we went to Ikea to look for bedroom furniture for Isabelle's new room and we came away with car full of flat packed furniture - bedside table, chest of drawers and a bed! We didn't expect to come away with everything. We nearly have everything ready for her new room now and can't wait to start decorating over the Easter weekend! (I will do a before and after post on our little project). Ikea have some great offers on at the moment but you have to register as an Ikea family member to get the offers - you can do this here. So if you're in need of anything from there it's definitely worth a look! We then went to Nandos in Stockton Heath for dinner.

On Sunday I had my niece over to stay as she is now off school for half term. We went to Asda and bought Issy some play dough as she loves playing with it in playgroup. Then we had a McDonald's for lunch and went to visit my other niece Claire in the afternoon.
